What does "scout's" mean in this context?

I have no idea what that video is all about, and half of it is unintelligible. Why in the world are you even watching it? It is useless drivel.

For what it's worth, I have no idea either what "a scout's taste" is supposed to mean.

Coud this be a typo for "snout's taste"? Meaning "let's just try a liitle bit of the snout".

However, it is dialogue read by people who appear to be native English speakers. Unless they are reading a script without taking any notice at all of what it says, it seems unlikely that they would reproduce a typo without querying it.
