What does "RT" mean?

Could you tell me the meanings of "RT" and "c" at the end of the letter which I copied below?

RT should be the initials of the composer of the letter (Ken XXXXX) (However, the initials do not match 'Ken'.)
dr are the initials of the secretary/assistant who actually signed it on behalf of Ken XXXXX.
c indicates the recipient of a copy of the letter.

Yes, the initials of the composer of the letter is RT.(I just changed it)
