What does RFID stand for?

I know that RFID stands for Radio-Frequency IDentification. But there's another use of it. Request For Implimentation Date as I checked on http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/RFID
I want to know if anybody can bring a synonym for the second use with general vocabularies?
