What does "reverb-soaked" mean in music?

Hello, everyone!

I would be very grateful if someone could explain, what does "reverb-soaked" mean. I often encounter this phrase in musial reviews, like f.e. in "a reverb-soaked song" or "reverb-soaked music". I have some vague intuition it means that they have a retro or oldchool (or sth like that) sound, but it's just an intuition and I'm not sure if I get it right...

Anyway, thank you very much in advance for your help!
