What does "hon" mean??

I am reading the transcript of the debates in Parliament House (http://www.theyworkforyou.com/debates/?id=2007-06-27b.323.4 ) ,
and I found that the Prime Minister likes to use the word "hon".

Such as
"Let me point out to the hon"
"Let me shock my hon"
"at the right hon"

What does "hon" mean here ?
