What does "peak" mean in here?

Hi again, that's a dialog between tow guys that want to attack a village in Vietnam war.
One of 'em say "that's a fantastic peak". what does it mean?

- Mike, you know anything about this point at Vin Drin Dop (a village)?
- That's a fantastic peak.
-Peak?
-About six foot.
Yeah, it's an outstanding peak.
It's got both the long right and left slide with a bowl section. It's unbelievable.

Thanks.

Hi, I think this is a lot of surfer jargon, dealing with the style and height of the ocean waves that are near the beach they are talking about. Colonel Kilgore likes to surf, and brings his surf board into battle with him. Clive
