What does Orthodox mean in this sentence?

Hi
I was reading a resume of a "Friends" episode when I came across this:

"The One When Phoebe Runs
Phoebe runs in a non-orthodox way which draws much attention to herself as well as to her pal and now roommate, Rachel Greene."

What do they mean when they say she runs in a non-orthodox way?

Here is a clip of her (Phoebe Buffay) running: youtube.com/watch?v=E_0Ta_DIWuU

Thank you in advanced Emotion: smile
