WHAT DOES MEAN "EITHER"

Here is a sentence:

What does mean this sentence? What mean"EITHER" in my sentence?

So, always findings are correlated with clinical symptoms. It is not influenza either.

And i have one more question:

What does mean this sentence what does mean "unlikely " in my sentence?
