I heard that phrase on the movie (John Wick).
The one of the villain described John as a ‘Man of Focus’.

I'm guessing here because I didn't see and hear it myself. I have two possibilities that come to mind. It might be that John is a person who is very focused.

In my own opinion. The meaning of Man o Focus is the person with a high concentration in one thing, so that He/She has an ability to be a very excellent in the action that He/she'e doing.
