What does "knows me differently" mean? PLEASE HELP

Can you please tell me if this is idiomatic and what it means to you?

1 I don't have the same relationship with her as I do with Sarah. Sarah knows me differently.

Thank you

This is grammatically correct, and one would have a vague idea of what it means, but the problem with this is that no one would know exactly what it means.
