What does "knowing with" here mean?

“Hoooodor,” said Hodor, swaying. “Hooooooodor, hoooooodor, hoDOR, hoDOR, hoDOR.” Sometimes he liked to do this, just saying his name different ways, over and over and over. Other times, he would stay so quiet you forgot he was there. There was never any knowing with Hodor. “HODOR, HODOR, HODOR!” he shouted. (Game of Thrones)

Hi. What does "knowing with" here mean? "knowing about"?
Thank you.

I would say that "with" means something like "when it comes to". , means that, when it comes to X, there is no way of knowing what will happen, what X will do, etc.
