What does Jon Stewart say in this episode?

Dear Users,

I have a few questions about this episode of Daily Show where Jon Stewart interviews J.J. Abrams

1) What does J.S. say in 0:04 of the show? I can't quite catch the word but it ends with... eur ? I don't think it's entrepreneur

2) In 2:24 Abrams says: ... it's gona be sizemic ... I guess it's some kind of neologism? It's a combination of... size and...?

3) In 4:43 Abrams says: ... and he's toughing it up Is that correct? I assume it means something like to man up?

4) In 5:10 Abrams says: I'm wearing this really silly "backrace" under my shirt... Not idea what that is.

5) In 5:26 Abrams says: So I felt like the most... nebbishy... director... I have never heard this word before. Nebbishy. Is it American English?

6) In 6:09 Stewart sats: Nobody noticed you were wearing a "backbrace" What's a backbrace?

7) In 1:16 Stewart says: It came from a sweatshop in... Does he say Malaysia?

Thank you!
