What does it's not like mean in this context?

Guy: asks for pic on Omegle


Girl: refuses


Guy: come on, it's not like you don't upload your pics on Instagram


( “Don't” doesn't sound right to me tho,

It doesn't emphasize probability)


(and as for “It's not like” , I guess it means the next statement is not true)
