What does it say?

At 55 seconds, it says: "The hottest act: a nine-member girl group called Girls' Generation _________ with chart-topping hits in multiple languages..."

Could you fill in the blanks??
I hear "complete" but am not really sure.

She swallows the first syllable. Logically, it is either 'complete' or 'replete'.

Thanks. I guess, "replete" fits better than "complete" in the context.
Some sites have a rough transcription having "pleat with" instead but I don't know what "pleat" means as adjective.
