I assume you're talking about Have a good evening! as a response to I can meet with you Tuesday after school.

In isolation, I would say that it shows neither anger nor agreement. The kind of expression it is, in my opinion, is a non sequitur, that is, a response that means nothing related to the preceding remark.

I think I can meet you ... is really the end of the conversation.
Have a good evening! is just a way of saying Goodbye at the end of the conversation. It's not actually a response to I can meet you ....

The part saying "I can meet ..." is the real response and the end of the body of the communication. It simply proposes a time to meet.

"Have a good evening" is the closing of the email, saying "I hope you have a pleasant evening", which is just another way of saying "Goodbye".
