What does it mean to "shave one's bone"?

I heard it on a YT video which was said by guy who was dumped by his girlfriend.

The two sat in front of the camera and talked about why they broke up,

and he went "I obviously don't know why you broke up with me, you broke my heart girl, maybe I should just go ahead

and shave your bone." and stuff.

What does the phrase here even mean?

That sounds like as if he was mad enough to assasinate her in my opinion.

I have never heard this expression. There are lots of idioms with the word "bone" or "shave," but not with both. Examples: I have a test tomorrow.
