What does it mean that 'find an oven'?

What does it mean that 'find an oven'?

Hi
In some British movie, Peter Simon hates Talullah(his friend)'s poetry.
Talullah was asked to read one of her poems in some exhibit, WHERE there was Peter and Jacks(another friend of Peter's) too.

Before Talullah starts to read,
Jacks said " I think it's sweet, Talullah wanting to be a Sylvia Plath."
and then Peter said " SHE SHOULD FAST FORWARD AND FIND AN OVEN."

i can't understand what "FIND AN OVEN" means in the context.
what does that mean?

Dark humor is comedy that is more closely linked to tragedy.

Jokes about illness, death, accidents, job loss, etc. show dark/black humor.

"Sick" in this sense does not mean "vomit-inducing" -- it means that it's the product of a diseased mind. (Only a mentally sick person would think to make a joke like this. It's hyperbole, obviously. I don't think the script writer is mentally

Hi guys,
I think that attitudes to so-called dark or black humour vary very much from culture to culture.

In my admittedly subjective opinion, the British enjoy this while Americans don't.

I'm thinking primarily of what you might term 'mainstream humour".
For example, the American sitcoms Sanford and Son and All in the Family were based on the British shows
