What does it mean? "I've known her since I've lived in this street."

Hi! everyone

I saw a sentence in my grammar book (Practical English Usage, Michael Swan, Oxford University Press), and I couldn't figure it out its meaning.It says:

"I've known her since I've lived in this street."

I really don't know what's the meaning of it. The most confusing part is "since I've lived in this street." I still don't know since when he first knew her? What's the starting point?

I really need someone to explain it to me, and I would appreciate that! Emotion: smile
