What does it mean" I hope to have the chance to contribute my experience, energy and drive to excel to your program and my fellow workers". mean?

does it mean "i will make the program better?" or " i will be better than the others"? thanks

Please try to use capital letters correctly when posting at these forums. Sentences must begin with a capital letter. The word "I" is always capitalised, wherever it appears. There is no word "i" in English.
