What does it mean by when someone say "tentative timing"?

I am assuming that "tentative timing" means it is uncertain timing
I like to confirm if I am right if not shed me a light please

Not exactly "uncertain." More like "probably won't change." The timing has not been confirmed but unless some unforeseen event or problem arises the event will take place according to the "tentative" schedule.
