What does it mean "browse Netflix to find the perfect movie to watch TV to"?

Looking again, I think it is intentional nonsense. The whole thing is a parody about excessive use of technology and gadgets (which may not be obvious if one only watches a few seconds at 0:16). The guy in the shot actually is watching a movie while

No. Of course I didn't bother watching any other part of it. My connection is so bad it took me 7 minutes just to get to the 16-second mark.
