Could anyone tell me what a "laugh-packed account" is

I searched the Cambridge Dictionary but I didn't find anything:(

An account is a story. The story makes people laugh. The story is packed with (full of) laughs. The problem is that it isn't the story that has the laughs.

"Noun-packed" is a common structure. You could call it cliche. You can have a thrill-packed adventure, a tension-packed hour awaiting the jury's verdict, a fun-packed day at the amusement park. You won't find these in a diction
