What does it mean?

Hi there,

Here is a strange sentence:

The most stunning recent museums, of which the one in Bilbao must be the finest, are art objects themselves.

I didn't understand this sentence especially the underlined part? What does this sentence mean? Is it grammatical and meaningful?
