I can't understand what "when you're gone" means? It's one of the cranberries's songs. please help me about it is passive or not and it means.

Just be careful trying to learn English from songs. The grammar is often completely wrong and there is often the use of images that don't show up in normal conversation. But that one is pretty normal.

It means when you are gone, when you are not here anymore. If you put a little more of the lyrics, it would be easier to explain the meaning in context, since I am not familiar with the song. Perhaps it means when the person is no longer around because a relationship has ended or someone has died. I would have to know more of the song to be sure.
