what does "It makes no sense to me" means?

It makes no sense to me how old he is.
"It makes no sense" means:
a.I don't care
b.I have no idea
c.He doesn't tell me
d.I'm trying to think
I was sure when choosing "I don't care" but my teacher said "I have no idea"was the answer. I google. I think I'm right.
