What does "inturn" mean?

Have high hopes to make new associates and converse about things along with just about everyone here which inturn would unquestionably develop our wisdom deeper.

An "intern" is a person who is undergoing "OJT," or "on-the-job training."
It typically applies to medical students during a particular phase of their training, but can be used in any profession - although I've heard it used in only a few. I think the main feature is minimum pay.
