What does "Infused bottle" mean?

The first bottle you receive of the following products.... will be infused and there will be an "Infused" sticker on it.What does this mean?

Hi,

'Infuse' means 'steep in liquid to extract the contents'.
eg the herbs were infused in hot water.

No it doesn't really.

Let me copy entire text so you can explain to me what exactly did the guy mean:

? The first bottle you receive of the following products: BANDEROL, SAMENTO, MORA, ENULA, CUMANDA, and HOUTTUYNIA will
be infused and there will be an "INFUSED" sticker on the label of these bottles. These are the master bottles and should be kept as the bottles in use indefinitely.

? When ¼-? of an inch (0.5cm) of liquid is left in the bottle, refill the bottle using the liquid from a new bottle of identical
product and then immediately succuss fifty or more times. The last ¼-? of an inch (0.5cm) of liquid in the first bottle is the
basis for making your second bottle of infused product as described above. Do NOT use all of the liquid in the Master bottle
before blending with the contents of the second bottle. The bottle should be succussed each time it is refilled and again every 3-4 days thereafter if it is in use.

? Master bottles should be succussed every 3-4 days if they are in use. Succussion (suc·cus·sion / su-kush'un) is the rapid and
forceful striking of the bottle against a firm surface or palm of the hand fifty or more times. Remember to be cautious when
