What does "I couldn't be less interested" mean?

Charlie Brown's little sister hates new math, and Charlie asks his classmate to teach his sister. Charlie tells her that his classmate has come to teach her new math, and she answers, "I couldn't be less interested."

The Chinese translation of the sentence is " I am not interested at all." I wonder what the sentence actually means?

" Good enough. The literal meaning is close to this: It is not possible for me to be less interested. The implication is that my level of interest is already at zero, and that's the lowest possible level of interest anyone can have.
