By the way, I read the link, and "can't even" sounds like some slang that only very young people use, and only in very casual speech between good friends. It's one of those expressions that was probably invented yesterday and will be abandoned as old-fashioned tomorrow. I don't recommend fretting over it. That would be a waste of your time and ours.
