What does "I am good " mean?

I want to say that "I'm free on Sunday and I will be able to meet you". Can I say,"I'm good on Sunday" to meet Sunday works for me?

Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't say 'I'm good on Sunday' myself; it sounds very much like American slang to my British ear, if it's acceptable at all. I'd say it as you did at first, even though it's a bit long; alternatively you could say Sunday is 'fine for me', 'good for me' or 'works for me' as you suggest.
