What does "Have you had any post secondary education" mean?

Hi there,

I am applying for a visa and fill a form. Unfortunately neither the embassy nor the visa center don't give any information or help.
There is a question: "Have you had any post secondary education?". Should I mention the university, I am currently studying at or only if I've already graduated from any?
