What does "good hours" mean?

Hi ,

I saw the words "good hours" on a job advertisement.
It writes "good hours, apply in person,..."
So what does "good hours" really mean? Does it mean " people who work there can go to work late and get off work early"?

Please help me.

Thank you so much!!
