What does "go to enormous trouble" mean ??

I don't understand "go to enormous trouble" ?

Does it mean "not afraid of any trouble, and do it" ?

Hi, Again, it basically means 'try very hard'. To the point where you are willing to cause problems (ie trouble) for yourself in order to achieve the result that you want. Clive

Again, it basically means 'try very hard'. To the point where you are willing to cause problems (ie trouble) for yourself in order to achieve the result that you want.
