What does " give their right nut to do something" mean?

Context:
Yep that expression is not meant literally at all. It just means at great cost and her using it in that manner was probably flirtatious actually. Apologize and chalk it up to the language barrier and post up your picture first as a good gesture.

Also if anyone says they would give their right nut to do something. Do not expect an actual bloody package. It is also just an expression.
