What does different between 'have p.p' and 'have been doing''?

Hi.
I have just learn present perfect continuous like I have been doing.
As I know this means that just stopped or recently stopped.

But I'm not sure what is this frequently used expression? I mean it's so confusing between I have been doing and I have done (now).

Would you please let me more and easer?

One difference is that "I have done" focuses more on the completion of the activity, while "I have been doing" focuses more on the duration of the activity.
