What does 'Cat's in the bag, train's at the station' mean?

Hello guys, this is a phrase from a song, as always hahaha. I can't get its meaning.

The whole phrase to show you a context is:

'All that was before is no longer here.

No turning back, no cancellation.

Cat's in the bag, train's at the station.'

Can someone help me, please?

THANKS.

Hi! "Cat's in the bag" is a phrase which just means that something is set; or it can't be changed. "Trains at the station" is basically the same.
