What Does "Can't Beat Walk" Mean?

Can't beat walk in the sun especially when it's with some very cute pups.

Does that mean nothing beats walk in the sun especially when it's with some very cute pups?

If so, English dictionaries say 'walk' as a noun is countable. I don't see why it is not "can't beat a walk" but "can't beat walk"?
