"bundling" appears to be the author's own coinage. According to http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=326341&page=2:

"Bundling" and "Loonie" are lunar slang from Robert Heinlein's "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress"; they mean "sleeping together" and "lunar native" respectively.

By the way, the punctuation in your extract has been messed up from the original, so that the middle sentence does not read correctly. This does not directly affect your question though.

Thank you for your reply. You are right. I am reading "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress" but it is hard to understand some parts of the book. May I ask you what does bundling booths mean in the sentence below. It is also from "The Moon is a Harsh Mistress" book.

A boy almost old enough to appreciate Wyoming stopped in front of us and gave her a happy whistle. She smiled and waved him aside. "There's our trouble," I said in her ear.
