Dear Sir/ Madam,
WE just spoke with Samuel. I request you to give me something back for cancellation. While I agree this was a promotional deal , my point is the promotional deal should not be worse off than the normal deal.
If I had booked the normal deal , I would have paid $275 a night but could have cancelled after paying for 1 night. But in this promotional deal, I having to pay E 930 even though I am quite sick to travel.
I request you for your consideration, as I have always stayed in your chain hotel in various places.
