I don't quite understand what "beyond your involvement" means in the followng sentence. I add the words in [ ] to make the sentence complete.
Let us imaging the following context. A group leader says to a group member, "The issues raised in the installation [of the system] are beyond your involvement with my group."
Does it mean that the group member is not capable to handle these issues, so he/she should not get involved? Or it means that this is not his/her responsibilty, so he/she doesn't have to get involved?
