Hi,
I came across a sentence but I want to know some usage for "before that though".
"before that though, a question"
It seems like to say that whatever thing happened before, I will do this that asking.
Is this I am understand correctly ?
I want to know a little bit usage about this.
What is the complete sentence?

"before that, I have a question for you" means that the speaker wants to ask a question before they speak about something else or do something else. The word "though" means the same as "however". It just enhances the contrast expressed by "before that".
Ideally, I would punctuate it like this:
before that, though, a question
