What does although mean?

Hi,
What does 'although' mean in this sentence? The sentence is from an online dictionary and although means "but". I still don't know what it exactly means here?

She'll be coming tonight, although I don't know exactly when.

Broadly speaking, yes. But you often get subtle differences as you reword and juggle things around.
eg What you tell me first often seems most important.
