What does 800-100 words maximum mean
Hello. I was wondering if "your story must be 800 - 1000 words maximum" meant that the maximum amount of words allowed was between 800 and 1000 words or the minimum was 800 and the maximum was 1000. Please help me with this as i have an English assignment due in two days.
