"What do you think+S+V?"

Hi teachers,
I'd like to ask a grammar question about the sentence pattern "What do you think/Who do you believe...". Which of the following sentence is grammatically correct? Or are they both correct? My textbook says that the sentence B is the only correct response, but I know we often say "Who do you think you are?", right?
A: "What do you think the happiness of reading poems is?"
B: "What do you think is the happiness of reading poems?"
I'd like to know more about the word order of this sentence structure. Thanks in advance!:)

Hello, Ian—and welcome to English Forums. Both word orders are in common use. To find the more orthodox one (grammatically), reorganize the clause order: What is the pleasure of reading poetry, do you think?
