What do you think of this writing?
“What would you like to do in the future? What would you like to accomplish by 30, 45, and 60 years old?”
I want to be a teacher in the future. By thirty years old, I want to know things my students think or want to do. By forty five years old, I want to acquire a skill of getting along with my class. By sixty years old, I want to acquire a skill of leading them to the road they wish.

Masanori Takaoka What do you think of this writing, especially the content? Sorry, but is not very comprehensible and its not very inspirational. By the age of 30, I will have won my school's "Best Teacher" award at least twice.
