What do you think of this writing?

“What would you like to do in the future? What would you like to accomplish by 30, 45, and 60 years old?”

I want to be a teacher in the future. By thirty years old, I want to know things my students think or want to do. By forty five years old, I want to acquire a skill of getting along with my class. By sixty years old, I want to acquire a skill of leading them to the road they wish.

What do you think of this writing, especially the content?
