What an instructive picture! A man is planting a tree in the burning sun, with sweat streaming down. Years later, however, when the tree has grown up, it provides him with pleasant shade.

The picture sets us thinking deeply.

With the industrialization of our country, we can never neglect the harmonious co-existence between humans and nature. It has been proven time and again that as long as we pay attention to our environment, we can benefit a lot; otherwise, we will suffer.

As middle school students, what shall we do? Actually, we can learn to protect our environment in our daily life: Don’t litter around; don’t spit everywhere; keep off the lawn… the list can go on and on.

So let’s cherish our planet and take action right now! Come on!
