What do you think are the most important characteristics for a job you have had or you want to have? Use specific details and examples to support your opinion.

Taking a new job is one of the most important decisions in our life. Before jumping to the new opportunities. There are many features of the job we need to consider. After working in different kinds of companies, I have my own 3 criteria to take into account beforehand: The nature of the job, benefits and working hours. My points of view will be given in the following paragraphs.

First and foremost, when receiving Job details, I try to read it carefully whether it requires computer skills or any special qualifications. Therefore, I will have a general knowledge of the job and consider if this job is comparable to my capability. Some jobs require employees to work in an office and some have to take business trips frequently. So, getting to know the nature of the job helps workers quickly adapt to the work environment.

For me, I prefer working in an office and focusing on my own project rather than regular traveling.

Secondly, I consider benefits at work as the most important feature when getting a new job. Companies offering attractive incentive packages, overtime paid jobs and equipment for their personnel tend to draw more talent to the organization compared to others. They provide a wonderful work environment and bonuses to encourage their employees to perform well at work. I think by offering a good working condition can bring satisfaction at work so people are willing to have a commitment and dedication to the company. 

Finally, people working as a white – collar worker usually have a fixed schedule. Now, some companies implement flexible working so that workers don't have to work 9 to 5 but have a chance to choose their shifts based on their personal schedule. They can spend time with family and friends or learn some helpful skills relating to the job. I think it is a win-win for both employers and employees. 

In conclusion, a job without regularly traveling and includes attractive benefits and flexible working hours are my preference. These characteristics contribute to the development of employees and build the sense of job satisfaction at work.
