What do you say when you're finished eating?

'I'm full on my stomach'?
'I'm full'?

How about 'Thank you, that was delicious'? Ok, for a slangy thing to show you've eaten enough (but don't use in formal or very polite company) I'm full on my stomach - no, doesn't make sense. not ever heard this but I could see it being local slang somewhere?

In the U.S., "loaded" has the slang meaning of drunk. "I'm full" would be the most common way to say that you don't want to eat any more. (Or, in even more informal terms, "I'm stuffed." I think, however, that this has other connotations in England?)

I asked the same Q to my teacher and she told me that I could say : '' I'm stuffed ''...means that your'd an overeat

Yes. At least it's used in the U.S. I don't know whether that expression is used in British English.
