What do you say if we go to the movies?

1) What do you say if we go to the movies?

2) What do you say we we go to the movies?

I think that both are okay to use and the meanings are the same. What do you think? Thank you so much as usual and have a good and safe day.

Thank you so much and can we say that the if functions the same as the if in adverbial clauses, for example, "I will go if you allow."?

No, that is not an adverbial clause. "..... If you go " is a first conditional "if" clause.
Natives will normally say " what do you say we go for a drink " and No "if ".
