What do you call your parents-in-law in their faces?

In China, we call our patents-in-law father or mother just like our spouse does.

What about you guys from English-speaking countries? Thanks!

" to their faces" That depends on individual families - in mine, my mother is addressed as Mama or Grandmama by her daughters-in-law, and Mother or Mama by her sons. My brother calls his mother-in-law either Mutti or by her given name. My nephews in law call their mothers-in-law by their given names.

In the UK it depends on the sort of relationship you have with them and how the family likes to do things

Sometimes 'mum' and 'dad' (or the family equivalent)

Sometimes their first names

Sometimes Mr X and Mrs X (but this is quite rare and would show there isn't a close relationship.)

I call mine by her first name.

And many people go for years and years without directly addressing their in-laws with any name or title, because none of the alternatives seem quite right.
